A REAL PERSON, BY EMAIL

Let’s get it sorted.

Questions about setup, a vendor balance or a statement? Email Erik at erik@tillgrove.com.

For shop owners

Include your Shopify shop domain, what you were trying to do, and any order or statement reference involved. A screenshot helps.

Email support

For vendors

Your shop manages your agreement, earnings and payments. Contact the shop first about a balance or payment. For trouble opening Tillgrove, we can help.

Get access help

Never send passwords, bank-login credentials or full card details. Please remove unrelated customer information from screenshots.

Before you close a period

  1. Reconcile with Shopify to retrieve recent sales and refunds.
  2. Review unassigned items and settlement exceptions.
  3. Check fees, held earnings and the period you are closing.
  4. Issue statements, export payment totals, then make payments through your usual bank or payment service.
  5. Record completed payments using their actual references.

If a number looks wrong

Check the sale’s saved vendor and rate, any discounts or refunds, and whether some earnings are held. Later agreement changes apply to future sales. Don’t create a balancing adjustment until you understand the cause; share the reference with us if you need help.

If a vendor link does not work

Sign-in links work once and expire after 30 minutes. Request a fresh link through the vendor access page. If the shop has revoked access or changed the vendor’s email, the shop owner needs to enable access again.

Billing and cancellation

Subscription approval and billing run through Shopify. Use the app’s Billing page to review the Shopify plan. Tillgrove does not collect payment-card details. Uninstalling ends app access; export any statements you need first.
