A CALMER MONTH-END

From the sale to the statement.

One place for the numbers that belong to your vendors.

01

Keep your checkout.

Use Shopify POS or sell online. Connect each product to its vendor and set the agreed share.

02

Let the numbers follow.

Track sales, discounts and refunds. Account for space fees, return holds and any opening balance.

03

Close with clarity.

Review balances, issue statements and export payment totals. Pay through your usual bank, then record it in Tillgrove.

LESS CHASING. MORE CLARITY.

Good records make
good relationships.

Your vendors need a clear answer. You need the numbers behind it.

A private view for each vendor

Sales, fees, held earnings and issued statements, with access limited to their own records.

Refunds that carry forward

A later refund becomes a new adjustment. Previously issued statements stay as they were.

A start that makes sense

Bring your vendors and opening balances. Choose when tracking begins, without inventing a history.

Uncertainty stays visible

Unassigned items and unsupported changes are flagged for review before affected settlements can proceed.

ONE STRAIGHTFORWARD PLAN

Your shop. All your vendors.

For an independent shop that wants to keep Shopify and make vendor accounting simpler.

A FEW USEFUL DETAILS

Made to fit your shop.

Is this for consignment, makers or other vendors?

It’s for shops that sell products on someone else’s behalf and owe that person a share of the sale. That includes maker collectives, consignment shops and independent galleries. Products you own outright can stay separate.

Does Tillgrove replace Shopify POS?

No. Shopify still handles checkout, inventory and taxes. Tillgrove calculates vendor earnings from eligible completed sales. Catalog items use their assigned vendor; the POS extension helps staff assign custom items.

Does Tillgrove send money to vendors?

No. Export your payment totals, pay using your bank or payment service, and record the completed payment in Tillgrove. Statements and payments are separate records.

How are earnings calculated?

A vendor’s percentage applies to net item revenue after discounts, excluding tax, shipping and tips. Fees, refunds and recorded payments affect the balance. Return holds and payout minimums can change how much is currently available to pay.

Can I use it for an online-only shop?

Yes. Eligible online sales from the same Shopify store can be tracked without using the POS extension. Current scope is one Shopify store, up to one physical location and USD settlements.

What if I’m moving from spreadsheets or another app?

Import vendor details and opening balances, confirm product ownership and choose a clear starting point. Opening balances do not reconstruct old item-level sales. Refunds involving older or unsupported order changes may need review.
